Summary
Responsible for managing pipeline and underground natural gas storage regulatory compliance through the development, implementation and oversight of all facility/site (in construction and operating) regulatory programs pertaining to DOT-PHMSA, Texas Railroad Commission (TRRC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other regulatory bodies.
Target Qualifications:
Knowledge of PHMSA CFR Title 49 Parts 192 & 195, and applicable state regulations, and their application to the upstream industry gathering lines/pipeline with emphasis on the following programs: pipeline integrity, UNGSF integrity, operations and maintenance, operator qualifications, drug and alcohol, public awareness, and damage prevention.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g. ASME, API, PRCI, NACE)
- Ability to draft and update procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at various levels of the organization, in a businesslike and professional manner

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain DOT-PHMSA and TRRC programs in accordance with state regulation and CFR Parts 192 & 195 for Pipeline Integrity, Underground Natural Gas Storage Facility (UNGSF) Integrity, Operations and Maintenance, Operator Qualification, Public Awareness, Damage Prevention, Emergency Response, Drug and Alcohol and other related plans. Specifically,
- Review, and track pending and upcoming changes to PHMSA, and State regulatory agency regulations to ensure continued compliance
- Manage and coordinate regulatory inspections and reporting: data requests, inspection scheduling, annual reporting, and enforcement response
- Lead internal assessments of pipeline and underground natural gas storage compliance programs, prepare analyses, identify and mitigate gaps, develop tracking tools as needed.
- Provide assistance with jurisdiction reviews for new construction projects.
- Provide engineering / technical support during PHMSA and state pipeline safety regulatory inspections and audits
- Submit and track Texas DOT road bore permit applications
- Interact with all levels of employees and management within the company, in particular with the Operations team, and interact and communicate with local, state, federal regulatory agencies, and consultants. Provide expertise to internal policy groups on proposed regulatory impact to company operations

Production Engineer

Summary:
This role will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production of the company’s wells to maximize profitability in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. This position will work closely with field operations personnel, engineering staff, and vendors to manage production operations, well interventions, artificial lift optimization, new well flowback, compression installation and operation, and facility design.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor production performance, identify problems, quickly assess, and implement a resolution
- Optimize the complex system of wells and surface equipment to deliver the most profitable production possible
- Optimize a variety of artificial lift systems with a primary focus on plungers for deliquification
- Identify, design, and economically justify workovers
- Incorporate a healthy surveillance process encompassing the wellbore to sales point to identify production improvement opportunities
- Assist in improving flow assurance, including evaluating production chemistry, supporting pigging and NDT activities, etc.
- Monitor, support, and evaluate flowback of new wells to safely maximize production and recovery
- Track and monitor LOE spending looking for opportunities to improve cost efficiency
- Create processes to facilitate data analysis, problem identification, and coordination between different software platforms
- Provide technical support to field operations
- Frequent visits to field locations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree
- 3+ years of experience in production operations and engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated individual able to perform with limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills
- Skilled using Spotfire or PowerBI
- Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements in Texas
- Nodal analysis and/or surface network modeling experience
- Experience operating onshore Texas

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Automation, I&E & Measurement Lead to oversee the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation, electrical & measurement equipment and as well as SCADA systems. This role will be responsible for compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and timely project execution. The position also involves leading contractor teams and collaborating across departments to maintain accurate data and resolve issues. This position is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all field based measurement and SCADA activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and regulatory requirements
- Supervise team of I&E technicians to ensure proper installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Oversee installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of measurement equipment and SCADA systems/end devices.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Operations, and Production Accounting to create maintenance and calibration schedules for I&E, SCADA and measurement systems.
- Maintain accurate measurement records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Partner with Operations, Regulatory, and Production Accounting to resolve discrepancies and data irregularities.
- Manage measurement, SCADA, and I&E projects, ensuring they stay on time, within budget, and meet operational standards.
- Direct and manage contractors to resolve technical issues, ensuring quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Develop and hand off PFDs and metering schematics to SCADA and Production Accounting teams before wells/pads come online.
- Assist in developing SCADA alarm protocols, ensuring compliance across sites.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Oil & Gas Industry experience in measurement, I&E, SCADA systems, and automation.
- Proven experience managing contractors and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with project management, cost tracking, and delivering projects on time.
